BASS2012 Enters The Copenhagen Opera House

It is with great excitement that BASS2012 COPENHAGEN can announce that this year's convention will be held in Copenhagen's astonishing and renowned national Opera House.

BASS2012 COPENHAGEN has grown bigger and bigger and the interest from artist, exhibitors and other participants has been overwhelming. Having more that 150 events on the programme has forced us to find a new location...

… and what a location it is!!! The Opera House, which was designed by the internationally recognised architect Henning Larsen, opened its doors in 2005 and has become a Copenhagen symbol and a real waterfront pearl.

For BASS2012 COPENHAGEN this means that we can celebrate the bass in bigger and more beautiful surroundings, where there are even more rooms for recitals, master classes, etc. and better facilities.

Being part of the Royal Danish Theatre, the Opera House is situated on the island of Holmen in central Copenhagen. Don't miss the change to ride the Harbour Bus right to the front door of The Opera House – a true Copenhagener experience.
